Together with eight organisations, the Mouvement Ecologique has called on the future government to take concrete measures to preserve forests and regulate hunting. A crisis summit is to be organised with all stakeholders, to which hunters’ representatives should also be invited.

The opinion research institute ILRES, on behalf of the Mouvement Ecologique, conducted a representative survey of 1012 residents between 27 September and 4 October 2023. The survey covered people aged 16 and over living in Luxembourg. Of these, 59.4% had Luxembourg nationality.

Since the first ban on conventional incandescent lamps in 2009, the EU has gradually banned other energy-intensive light sources. These are now largely being replaced by LEDs. With a poster campaign in the city, youth from move. and the Mouvement Ecologique have reminded us of how present the impacts of climate change were once again this summer and how important it is that we use our votes for more climate protection this Sunday at the elections.
