The Climate Change Act and the implementing regulation on subsidies:

Amendments to give the right signals on the road to energy transition!

A reform of the Climate Protection Act is currently under discussion in the Chamber of Deputies. In particular, it is planned to reduce the financial support given to electric cars. Depending on energy consumption, this is set to fall from €8,000 to €6,000.

The Mouvement Ecologique has taken a position on this bill. The Mouvement Ecologique is committed to ensuring that state subsidies are not reduced to the extent planned, and that the government finally puts in place genuinely effective instruments for climate protection (including the introduction of a malus system for particularly polluting cars, the development of a strategy for financially weak households, etc.).

We eagerly await the reaction of the Chamber of Deputies, which will now debate the bill.
