Knitting and crocheting are part of slow fashion for more sustainability: self- made garments are less likely to be thrown away, thus reducing the gigantic mountains of waste produced by the fast fashion industry. In this artisanal process, something new is created, which creates a wonderful, satisfying feeling and reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, reduces heart rate, releases happiness hormones and stimulates the brain. Lydie and Lis, want to pass on these skills and offer you the opportunity to learn your first steps in knitting and crocheting for free on their stand throughout the day.
