Oekofest 2024 : Vegan baking contest

Vegetarian and vegan food is becoming increasingly popular. When it comes to vegan baking, however, some people still wonder how this is supposed to work.

Do you bake vegan yourself or would you like give it a try? And are you ready to show off your skills? Then this competition is just right for you! Bake an organic vegan apple cake (diameter 24-26 cm) and have it judged by an expert jury. Perhaps you will be the winner cake and you can look forward to a nice prize. Second and third place will also be rewarded.

The apple cake must be delivered by 2.00 pm. They will be on display until 4.00 pm. At 4.00 pm the jury goes into action and determines the winner. From 4.30 pm the cakes will be distributed to the visitors of the Oekofest visitors so that everyone can enjoy one or more pieces of apple cake.
