At Oekofest 2026, everything really came together: the weather was on our side and the atmosphere was fantastic!

Once again, Oekofest was above all a great way to kick off the period after the summer holidays, bringing people together to meet and exchange ideas!

Visitors also enjoyed the wide range of activities, live music, flash talks, guided tours, interesting exhibitor stands and delicious food. A big thank you to everyone who contributed.

The official opening also sparked plenty of discussion throughout the day, with a speech by Blanche Weber, President of the Mouvement Ecologique, as well as an intervention by Prime Minister Luc Frieden. Blanche Weber’s brief intervention during Luc Frieden’s speech prompted numerous reactions. The feedback from visitors was clear: open debate is important, and so is the Mouvement Ecologique speaking plainly and openly.
