Since the end of October, ‘Den authentesche Lou’ is no longer the operator of the Oekosoph; he no longer treats us to his excellent dishes – this is because he is in his well-deserved retirement. A big thank you to Lou for this, and also for the conviviality that characterised the Oekosoph under his stewardship.

In November, the premises of the Oekosoph were also refreshed and the technology brought up to date.

The new owners – Elisabete and Grégory – are delighted to welcome you from 6 January 2026.

The Oekosoph will welcome you in its customary cosy ambience, where the concept of organic cuisine, sourced locally whenever possible, remains at the forefront. And of course, vegetarian and vegan dishes will also be on offer. What’s new is that there will now always be a menu card (and no longer mainly a buffet), and the Oekosoph will now be open regularly in the evenings as well as during the day.

The new opening hours are:

Tuesday-Friday: 12:00 – 21:00 (Kitchen)

Saturdays: 12:00 – 17:00 (Kitchen)
