ATELIERS D‘UNE JOURNÉE AVEC RICHARD PERKINS

Pendant la formation interactive d‘une journée avec Richard Perkins, nous nous concentrerons sur un sujet dans le domaine de la micro-ferme et de l‘agriculture régénérative en 4 sessions d‘une heure et demie.
L‘ouverture de chaque session consistera en une présentation de 20 à 30 minutes par un projet de microferme, qui examinera ensuite le sujet spécifique de la session de son point de vue, en soulignant les obstacles et les difficultés, mais aussi les opportunités et les forces.
Au cours de l‘heure restante, le sujet principal sera approfondi avec Richard Perkins et les participants, des questions seront posées et répondues, différentes approches de solutions issues de l‘expérience et des meilleures pratiques seront partagées.
Le concept de la formation est celui d‘un échange intensif et de l‘intégration des connaissances et de l‘expertise de tous les participants. Richard Perkins nous guidera dans cet échange. Ses nombreuses années d‘expérience dans sa propre exploitation et dans l‘accompagnement de nombreuses exploitations différentes ne seront pas négligées. L‘objectif de l‘événement est de renforcer les participants et leurs projets en abordant et en traitant des questions et des problèmes concrets issus de la pratique et grâce à un réseau de soutien.

ONE DAY WORKSHOP WITH RICHARD PERKINS

During the one-day interactive training with Richard Perkins, we will deal with one topic at a time in the field of microfarming and regenerative agriculture in 4 one-and-a-half hour blocks.
The opening of each block will be a 20 to 30 minute presentation by a farm, which will then look at the specific topic of the block from their perspective, highlighting hurdles and difficulties with it, but also opportunities and strengths.
In the remaining hour, the main topic will be deepened together with Richard Perkins and the parti-cipants, questions will be asked and answered, different approaches to solutions from experience and best-practice will be shared.
The concept of the training is that of an intensive exchange and the integration of the knowledge and expertise of the participants. Richard Perkins will guide us through the exchange. His many years of experience on his own farm and in accompanying many different farms will not be neglected.
The aim of the event is to empower participants and their projects by addressing and dealing with concrete questions and problems from practice and through a supportive network.
